Unlocking Poland's potencial.
Bringing it to the world.
Home
Poland has many reasons to inspire admiration. We have talent, innovation, courage, and women’s entrepreneurship that has been transforming the economy and society for years. The We Did It Foundation was created to strengthen this potential, build pride in Polish achievements, and showcase them to the world. Because growth begins when we are able to recognize our own strength.

Our Mission
We Did It Foundation is a strategic platform connecting business, innovation, culture, and public leadership to strengthen Poland’s global visibility and competitiveness.
The foundation expands the work of Sukces Pisany Szminką (Success Written in Lipstick), an organization founded in 2008 by Olga Kozierowska, which became Poland’s first and one of the most influential platforms supporting women’s entrepreneurship, leadership, and economic empowerment.
For over 18 years, Sukces Pisany Szminką has worked to reshape the narrative around women in business, mobilize leaders, and strengthen the role of diversity and inclusion in economic development. Through large-scale initiatives, research, national campaigns, and partnerships with leading corporations and institutions, the organization has influenced public debate and empowered thousands of women to grow their businesses and leadership impact.
Building on this experience and network, We Did It Foundation was created as the next step – broader in scope and international in ambition. We expands this work to a wider mission: promoting responsible leadership, modern national pride, and the global visibility of Polish innovation, talent, and achievements.
Our work operates at the intersection of economic development, strategic communication, and social impact. We design initiatives that reshape public narratives, elevate national achievements, and strengthen collaboration between business, institutions, and society.
